Job Description
Liaise with relevant Heads of Divisions/ Independent Departments inside and outside the CS&G to implement and manage the processes of annual (or updated quarterly) OGSM, budget plan, opearation plan.
Report progress of the approved annual operation plans of each function timely, sufficiently and exactly; provide alerts of late tasks, forecast risks of failure.
Monitor the planning and implementing of corrective measures for late/ unachieved tasks/ plans of Heads of Divisions/ Independent Departments and report progresses/ results to DCEO.
Requirements
Bachelor, master degree in business majors, finance
Fluent computer literacy for office uses
Fluent English (4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing)
At least 2 years’ experience in equivalent or related job position
